I recently completed my third transaction with Ali Zaarour, as per my previous experiences with him he did not disappoint. He helped me navigate a particularly difficult transaction on behalf of my mother and his compassion for her during this process was incredible. He also delivered an exceptional property which has made her very happy. As I mentioned above, this was my third transaction with Mr Zaarour and I can't recommend him strongly enough. February 2021 It has been 5 months since we moved into our beautiful condo and my husband and I are thrilled with our new home, it far exceeds my expectations. The transition from a family home, with over 20 years of wonderful memories, 3 floors, in-ground pool, hot tub, backyard and basement designed for entertaining, to a condo built for 2 weighed very heavily on me as I was not prepared to leave all this behind. LOL! And of course, within the budget we allocated to this new stage in our life. This seemed an unattainable goal as the market had very little that met all my criteria. I haunted Ali almost every night as I had made my decision to move and now wanted out, and he took it all in the chin like a champ; never complained once and never fired me as a customer! We cannot thank Ali and his team enough for all the hard work, patience, and dedication to not only meeting but far exceeding our expectations.

In 2020 our son and his girlfriend decided to buy their own house, so after 20 years of living in our wonderful home filled with beautiful memories of our little family, our numerous family gatherings, parties and events it was time to take the next step and downsize. Not an easy task, as my wife was extremely attached to the home where our son grew up and could not see us living anywhere else, especially downsizing, so she was ready to fight tooth and nail and find fault with everything we saw. We were lucky enough to have been referred to Ali Zaarour, who after our initial interview made us feel very comfortable and we knew right away being a real estate agent was his true calling in life. It was not a question of just selling our home, he was warned of the uphill battle he was facing with my wife, and he was also challenged with getting us the target price we were looking for to sell. As Italians, we had very big furniture and the house was decorated accordingly, where most walls hung family pictures and memories. Ali treaded very carefully when he had to tell my wife that the house seemed a little dated and had too much furniture. It had to be staged so that potential buyers could see themselves in it. Oh boy, she raked him over the coals, but he persevered and made her see the light! Ali introduced us to a stager who was very efficient and with minimal changes, transformed the look of our home to a much brighter and neutral ambiance. This would allow us a better chance of reaching our pricing request. The photos looked amazing, and the listing was detailed, we almost decided to keep it ourselves. Ali’s strategy was to have an “open house” but by appointment only due to Covid, and on the first day we had about 12 appointments and our home was sold not a few days later. Ali stood by our side through the negotiations and tempered my wife’s anxiety, which was not an easy feat. Before we knew it, our house was sold, and all parties concerned were very happy with the results including my wife. We owe Ali Zaarour our heart felt gratitude for the enormous amount of effort he put into the sale of our home, his patience and understanding was unparalleled.
